Graphics Refund/Return Policy
Due to the nature and format of our products
and services, no refund policy is offered.
After an order is placed, work in some form is commenced immediately
on the order.
We are providing a service to our customers and not a tangible
product. Once an item, whether it is a custom design or a
shareware template or ANY other product/service has been purchased
from our store, we do not offer any refunds.
I will work closely with you and make every attempt to ensure
that you are happy with your purchase.
By placing an order via our site and making a payment you
are agreeing to these terms, regardless of if you have read
them or not.
Chargeback Policy:-
If at any time after you have placed your order and made a
payment for the product/service from our site you then a attempt
to file a Charge back we reserve the right to have your work
removed from the Internet immediately.
As our services are delivered via email, the client will have
access to all files so in the event of a charge back being
filed, we will commence legal action to prevent any use of
our work and all files are to be returned immediately and
are not to be used by the client at any future stage until
the charge back issue has been resolved.
